In order to make payment plans convenient for our patients, we offer several options for payment.

Insurance:

We are most happy and diligent in filing all insurance claims on your behalf. Please remember that all insurance coverage is between the patient and the insurance company. We will make every effort to recover all benefits for you but our patients are responsible for any unpaid insurance balance.

We accept all VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks.

Care Credit:
